Our Story
My name is Julie and I am the founder of Build a Better Life for You. I am a Holistic Life Coach and Neuro Linguistic Practitioner. I use my skills to empower and motivate others to build a better life for themselves, coupled with Meditation and Forest Bathing which I feel is a wonderful combination for personal growth.

I have been meditating since 2008, qualified to guide others in 2023. I trained as a life coach in 2020. And have been practising the art of Forest Bathing since 2021. I then qualified as an Neuro Linguistic Practitioner in July 2023. I have various other holistic qualifications but too many to list them all here.

Having gone through many very challenging events in my own life. I then found the above mentioned practices. They have led me to a new empowered and highly motivated life. I wanted to give something back and share all the positives with other people so you can build a better life for you too.
