How I Keep well Motivated


Keeping myself well motivated like yourselves can be challenging at times, we all have bad days and life sometimes throws us a curve ball so what can you do to try to keep you on the right path? For me I plan ahead and have things in place and around me so when I hit a bad day I have resources to help. As you can see above I have a positive potato, I always carry him in my handbag to make me laugh.


Motivational Play List is great for an instant hit of energy, Its best to choose only songs that really make you feel energised once you have a full play list try to list to it everyday pretty soon you will find that you can keep your motivation an energy up all day long.


Having a strong support network around you helps to keep you motivated and grounded. This can include family, friends a mentor at work, anyone who has a positive influence over you. Have regular meet ups or contact with these people, not only will you be happier but having people believe in you increases your sense of well being.


Self Care Time everyday you need time for just you, it gives you time to unwind, to process the days events and will give your mental health and well being a boast. Now it does'nt have to be hours and hours but at least 45 minutes each day is reserved each day just to please yourself.
